I thought I would plug another great (and free) tool that I use daily. Launchy is a free keyboard program launcher. I can have Launchy pop up with a quick tap of the alt-spacebar key combo and I type in what I want it to do. It is very customizable (can launch bookmarks, batch files, or any file you index.
